KITPVP Rules:

No Excessive Targeting

You cannot repeatedly kill a specific player in quick succession, wait for a specific player to drop down from spawn, and kill them repeatedly as they do. Targeting a player is defined as clearly going for one target, and not switching to any other target. A good rule of thumb is to kill a different person between kills. Simply chasing a player does not qualify as targeting.

Example: Killing a player four+ times in a row without other players in between is not allowed. Killing that player, then killing a different player or two, and going back again is allowed and not targeting.

No Glitching Out of the Map

Intentionally getting into “known” glitch spots in the map with the intent of avoiding combat (i.e. where no players can access without the glitch and attack you).

No Inappropriate Gang Names

Anything you’re not allowed to say in chat cannot be in a gang name.

No Boosting

Intentionally “feeding” yourself to a specific player(s) for their personal gain.

Caught violating this rule will result in ALL parties being punished for KitPvP Rule Violation.

No using shaco to get an advantage during KOTH [NEW]

Using shaco to switch with someone who is currently capping or trying to cap koth is not allowed. This is to make sure the event is fair for those who do not have the kit.

You will be warning by any staff online, then banned via the KitPVP Rule Violation timeline. If there are no staff online and you get reported, you’ll be banned regardless.

No Stalling Events

Intentionally not attacking your opponent during an Event will result in you being removed from the Event, typically requires a warning at first.

SMP Rules:

No Griefing

Don't destroy or intentionally ruin someone else's build or steal from them. This includes builds that aren’t currently claimed by someone. Cobble monsters fall under this rule too. EXCEPTION: Griefing allowed in Miningworld. Cobble monsters/lava casts still not allowed.

No Scamming

If you agree to a deal with another player and one of you fulfills your side of it, this means that the deal has to be completed - anything else would be considered as scamming.

This also includes highballing/lowballing. You are not allowed to knowingly convince a new player that something is worth almost nothing when it's a rare/high value item, nor are you allowed to convince them what you're selling is worth a lot when it's actually not.

No Inappropriate Builds or Lag Machines

Includes things like building genitalia or swear words. Any redstone machine that does not seem to have a real purpose will be considered a lag machine. Flying machines are not allowed and considered under this rule. Zero tick farms are counted under this rule.

Only Claim Your Builds

While this isn’t punishable with a ban, to begin with, your claim will be removed if requested by the original player who built it. Continuing to do this will be considered as griefing and will result in a ban.

No B*tch Claiming

This follows the same premise as claiming another player’s build. This means that you cannot claim next to someone else’s build to prevent them from expanding theirs. Your claim will be removed and continuing to claim next to someone else’s claim will result in a ban for griefing.

No TP Trapping or Illegally Killing Players

This means that you cannot teleport players to you or your pwarp and trap them (lava, nether portals, etc).

The only place PvP is enabled is in the MiningWorld. Deliberately killing a player in the build end, build nether, or build overworld is not allowed through any means.

If you have a pwarp set in a location where PvP is enabled, you must advertise the fact that PvP is on and that players can die if they come to the pwarp.

No Boosting/Farming Duels Wins or Boosting in Events

This means that you are not allowed to "feed" yourself to other players or "be fed" by other players in order to increase duel wins and such. ALL parties caught breaking this rule will be punished according to the SMP Rule Violation timeline.

No Cheating in Events

This means that you are not allowed to use any unfair advantages or abuse a certain feature to attain those unfair advantages. For example, setting homes in the spleef map in order to win or place higher would result in a ban. Any player caught to be doing this will be punished according to the SMP Rule Violation timeline.

Duels/Skywars Rules:

No Excessive Targeting

You cannot repeatedly kill a specific player in quick succession, wait for a specific player to drop down from spawn, and kill them repeatedly as they do. Targeting a player is defined as clearly going for one target, and not switching to any other target. A good rule of thumb is to kill a different person between kills. Simply chasing a player does not qualify as targeting.

Example: Killing a player four+ times in a row without other players in between is not allowed. Killing that player, then killing a different player or two, and going back again is allowed and not targeting.

Intentionally “feeding” yourself to a specific player(s) for their personal gain.

Event Rules:

No Stalling Events

Intentionally not attacking your opponent during an Event will result in you being removed from the Event, typically requires a warning at first.

No Glitching Out of the Map

Intentionally getting into “known” glitch spots in the map with the intent of avoiding combat (i.e. where no players can access without the glitch and attack you).

No Bad Sportsmanship

Intentionally attempting not to play the game and instead attacking others ruining their experience is not allowed. Typically requires a warning at first.
